Position: Vice Principal
GEMS Education are looking for a qualified and experienced Whole School Vice Principal to join one of our schools in the Northern Emirates, UAE The successful candidate will support the Principal/ CEO in driving forward the school; strategically, creatively and operationally; and will join the community in September 2022
Responsibilities:
- Embracing and encouraging the ethos and standards of excellence as defined in the GEMS Core Values
- Leading on curriculum and its adaptation to meet the needs of all students across the whole school
- Leading on Performance Management and Performance Development Plans
- Overseeing and ensuring high standards across the primary and secondary phases
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or other relevant field with a teaching qualification
- 10 year’s educational experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role
- NPQH or other relevant senior leadership qualifications (desirable)
- Have excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents
