Position: Bodyshop Supervisor
We are looking for a Bodyshop Supervisor who will drive business through insurance claims, customers, and other sources to assure an adequate sales volume and does general supervision who checks work for completeness and compliance with high standards of quality
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring that repair jobs are carried out completely and correctly by technicians, painters and denters in accordance with company guidelines, regulations and safety measures.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with Insurance companies and follows up for outstanding financial related matters.
- Keeps an eye on the certification path of each team member within the Bodyshop Department in accordance to business standards.
Requirements:
- Automotive experience in a premium dealership or multi brand bodyshop
- Holds a UAE valid driver license
- Graduated from an associate degree program/ITI in auto maintenance and repair/Automotive or Mechanical engineering
- Proficiency with industry-specific software (Autoline, SAP, Autodrive, etc.)
