Position: Transformation and Change Manager – Project Management
The purpose of the job is to manage the PMO activities of the business, to provide leadership and market insights, and to actively contribute to strategic planning and execution and the development of strategic opportunities across multiple business units.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing change management in parallel to project management activities.
- Delivers change management programs and initiatives and skills trainings across the business.
- Inspire, train and coach individuals in the business to accept change.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (post graduate education preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills: able to present to and interact with managerial level and larger audiences, resolve/anticipate conflict, train and coach people.
