Position: Training Specialist

The training specialist is an expert in designing engaging, high impact learning experiences for school stakeholders to ensure that content is utilized effectively in the classroom. As well, they continuously train the field team to ensure they are up-to-date.

Responsibilities:

  • Design implementation and instructional strategies that support effective utilization and adoption of the Alef platform and content including pacing guides, frameworks, and professional development resources

    ●      Create and implement Professional Development plans for field implementation and staff trainings.

    ●      Create engaging and impactful trainings to support Face-to-Face, blended, or online delivery.

    Requirements:

  • Degree in subject area (or related) (Graduate degree preferred)

    ●     Evidence of continuing professional development 

    ●     Bilingual candidates will be prioritized (English and Arabic)

    Experience

    ●     10+ years relevant experience in teaching, developing teacher training material, and training teachers.
