Position: Manager Front House
The Front of House Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You will ensure that sales, profitability and customer service targets are met and that the most suitable products and services are available to the customer
Requirements:
- A university degree in an appropriate field, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years’ retail experience as general manager of a fast-paced restaurant
- Financial skills, P&L and inventory management experience
- Excellent English skills (both written and spoken)
