Position: Stewarding Supervisor
Wyndham Dubai Deira s now seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates The role holder is responsible for the operations of the Stewarding department during the afternoon and evening shifts to ensure proper washing of kitchen utensil sanitation

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise activities of evening stewards, pot washers, and night stewards to ensure proper utensil sanitation and storage.
  • Comply and assure compliance with all safety standards by following all safety rules and procedures.
  • Check banquet hallway, loading dock, and receiving area for cleanliness.
  • Keep management informed of shortage of equipment and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in 4/5-star hotel
  • College Level or 2 years experience in the food and beverage, or related professional area.
  • Proficient with local rules and regulations involving, Health & Safety & HACCP.
