Position: Specialist Process Optimization
We’re looking for a Sr. Specialist Process Optimization to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store “Talabat Mart”, which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with local teams to build, identify, analyze, and document all key operational processes driving day to day store operations
  • Enable local teams to identify and address process breakpoints and capitalize on process improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate all regional teams to develop and implement enterprise resource planning solutions
  • Managing projects involving Stores layout – Space optimization and Utilization for all countries

Requirements:

  • You will hold around 5 years of advanced and specialized expertise, typically developed through a combination of job-related training and considerable work experience
  • Quick to Identify key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data
  • Ability to take a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions
  • Requires tact and diplomacy to communicate ideas in a concise and logical way
