Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the level of satisfaction of all users is achieved with regard to all initiatives and programs of human resources management and development, and providing the necessary support for them
• Responsible for analyzing project data in order to make recommendations for a more efficient and effective approach. Work within an organization that works closely with the Human Resources and Development
• Department and other business leaders in bringing about significant change in the areas of human resource management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering from an accredited university
• listener and communicator High ability to communicate and convey information orally and in writing
• Advanced level in the use of a computer with great proficiency in multiple programs covering a wide range of applications
