Position: Show Technology Team Leader
The Show Technology Department about the Company’s Core Process, thus directly impacting the maintenance of rides, attractions, and facilities. Additionally, this position supervises and monitors the day-to-day operations and upkeep of projection, audio, lighting, and special effects of the rides and attractions.
- Manages a team of Frontline Colleagues to include their on-the-job training, daily attendance, grooming, coaching, appraisals, and personal development plans.
- Ensure that the department’s policies, procedures, and performance standards are being followed.
- Forecast and maintain required spares and consumables in the Maximo system.
- Creates, evaluates, and maintains departmental policies applicable to current work settings.
- Checks and evaluate proper workforce allocation in line with duty roster.
- Coordinate, and facilitate projects initiated by contractors.
- Identify points of improvement beneficial for the AVL section.
- Educated to degree level or technical qualification.
- Minimum three years experience in a similar theme park environment.
- Hands-on installation experience.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in the event and entertainment industry.
