Position: Service Advisor – Arabic Speaker
We are currently looking for technically competent & performance driven Service Advisor to work with Al Futtaim Auto Center in Abu Dhabi. Service Advisors are the first contact for customers in the Workshop; they are the image builder for the Service Department and present a picture of faith and confidence.
Responsibilities:
- It is the responsibility of the Service Advisor to ensure the condition of the vehicle is thoroughly checked and discrepancies noted and communicated to customers.
- You will record any customer requests and ensure proper delivery of the vehicle. You will clearly communicate to the customer the jobs carried out.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Technical school / Certificate/ Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry or similar role.
- A broad based knowledge to service as a reliable consultant is absolutely essential for this role.
