Responsibilities:
- Analyze, study and identify recruitment requirements and needs
- Measure and provide feedback to the performance of HR recruiters
- Identifying vacancies that are difficult to close and investigating the best approach to employing them
- Monitor trends in the labor market and analyze employment data available in the organization
- Develop and conduct training sessions regarding the management’s hiring practices
Requirements:
- Highly analytical thinking, demonstrating talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving and simplifying multiple work processes
- Advanced level in the use of a computer with a strong proficiency in multiple programs covering a wide range of applications
