Position: Senior Retail Project Manager
Our client is looking to hire an experienced Senior Retail Project Manager who will be responsible for looking after the over all operations and stakeholder management of the mall.
Responsibilities:
- Liase with regulatory authorities to obtain permits and approvals to reduce lead times.
- Manage leasing variations and tenant change requests.
- Close coordination with design team during detailed design process to ensure adherence to program, approved drawings and quality standards.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in retail design and delivery roles with reputed developers/real estate companies in the Middle East.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills along with presentation techniques.
