Position: Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Establishing the project execution plan, directing and supervising the relevant project team/parties to achieve these objections.
• Managing matters in relation to health, safety, and well-being on the project at all stages.
• Managing the planning and monitoring of the progress of your project.
• Preparing necessary project plans and keeping them updated and relevant over the course of the project.
• Ensuring project budgets are managed.
• Ensuring quality systems are in place and suitably managed and monitored.
• Chairing relevant meetings and site walks and ensuring these are suitably recorded.

Requirements:

• You have relevant degree qualifications, you will take personal development seriously, and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.
• You will have a construction or cost consultancy or project management background.
• You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead strong, motivated teams.
