Position: Senior Product Manager
To support the Head of Product Management to manage the performance of Home Finance, products as per the bank’s strategy including but not limited to product marketing, process improvement, revising risk and operational processes . Role also involves overseeing the Business Development activity through the tie up and collaboration of developers, mortgage brokers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prepare products (design, development and enhancement) to ensure that products are in line with the market needs. Takes the lead in product innovation and marketing.
- Track effectiveness of HF product & marketing campaigns.
- Monitor monthly product revenue and expenditure against established budgets and understand/manage variances to budget and prior period.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business with preferably a specialization in Finance or Accounting.
- 8 – 10 years relevant experience in the banking sector.
