Position: Senior Manager – Human Capital
To be a trusted and effective HC Business Partner who owns & manages flawless delivery and implementation of HC policies & processes in MAF Holding and passionately drive cultural change, people development in line with the company’s vision and strategic direction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide active coaching & support to People Managers in MAFH with an aim to cultivate an environment of trust, authentic collaboration, simplification, and kind candour.
• Manage annual manpower budgeting exercise and liaise with Functional Heads/Managers to facilitate the process.
• Proactively identify and support Head of HC solve organizational design, process, and workflow challenges to ensure MAFH operates efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure that all roles within MAFH have accurate and up-to-date job descriptions in place including new positions arising out from the change in the organization structure.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of overall experience in the related field with at least 5 years specifically as a HR Business Partner in similar set-up.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration. MBA or a Master’s degree in Psychology, HR is a preferable.
• Excellent stakeholder managements skills and ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
• Solution oriented with a bias for action & a strong work ethic.
