Position: Senior I&C Engineer
Wood is currently recruiting for a Lead Instrument & Control Engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. This position is based in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- To provide technical assistance, direction, and support to the construction and installation activities for all PACO works
- To provide technical support to the Out-of-Country PACO Engineering team
- To liaise with the Client’s In-Country PACO Team
- To liaise with the Client’s local Operations and Maintenance staff
- To oversee site contractors during installation and commissioning activities
Requirements:
- Degree qualification in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
- Minimum of 20 years design engineering experience in the oil and gas industries
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction activities in relation to Instrument / PACO works
- Knowledge and understanding of Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning Practices in Oil and Gas Industries
