Position: Senior Brand Manager – Dairy
As the Senior Brand Manager for Food, you will play an important part role in delighting target consumers building strong brands and generating strong brand building results within guidelines as set by Nestlé Nutrition in compliance with WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes, Nestlé Instructions and local country codes.

Responsibilities:

• Chooses target consumers by using attractiveness and ability to win, develops consumer insight, understands target consumer perceived values of brands and leads on consumer studies to unlock consumer gaps.
• Defines brand vision, strategies and plans to bring the brand essence to life.
• Leads the 60/40+research and other researches, packaging, NHW dashboard, services and CSV related to her/his brand.
• Develops brand portfolio strategy, contributes to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes brand portfolio for key channels and key customers.
• Develops and successfully execute bigger, bolder and better innovation & renovation for brands such as KitKat, Fuel and Seeds.
• Lead in the evolution of brand performance through KPIs across the market.
