Position: Sales Supervisor
Black & Grey HR is hiring for a US based retail store in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Sales Supervisor who will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Instruct staff on how to handle difficult or complicated sales.
- Utilize information technology to record sales figures for data analysis.
Requirements:
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
