Position: Sales Manager
Develop and implement the detailed yearly sales plan in line with the company’s sales budget and expand a new client base and key accounts. Implement strategies of increased market penetration that meet short and long-term business objectives

Responsibilities:

• Ensure awareness of all new developments within the market area in comparison to competitor’s products
• Develop and implement action plans for new market segment penetration
• Responsible for the assigned Market Area & Key Accounts to meet budgets and objectives
• Attend to all needs, problems and issues with the assigned key accounts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in sales management – Pipe industry experience is a plus
• Good Decision Maker with an interactive personality
• Strong understanding of the customer base and market dynamics
• Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
