Position: Sales Manager
In this role you will be reporting LBU Manager, PI ME and will be responsible to develop, plan and ensure execution of Global Division, Business Unit or Product Group sales strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales costs within budget and establish sales and portfolio mix target throughout the organization and taking corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure that sales operations are executed in accordance with company procedures and with a high degree of Integrity.
  • Lead and support key pursuits, set up the bid strategy, evaluate competitive pricing and negotiate deals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering or Mechatronics.
  • Minimum 8 years of sales management experience, it is preferred to have exposure to sectors like Metals, Mining, Cement or Paper within projects or automation business.
