Position: Sales Executive
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales leads and generating business for facilities management services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans and sales strategies and undertake presentations to and negotiations with prospective customers.
- Attending incoming inquiries meeting the clients with a presentation of our services and closing the deals.
- Build profitable sales by employing a consultative and creative sales approach tailored to the client’s business
- Account planning in order to develop new business opportunities within client accounts
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Understanding the sector-specific needs of clients and working with the expert teams to supply potential candidates
Requirements:
- Min 1-2 years’ Experience in Facility Management and Building Maintenance in UAE.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Must have valid UAE driving license
- Good knowledge in preparing quotation and estimation.
