Position: Chef de Partie – Dinner by Heston
As a Chef de Partie, in Dinner by Heston you will manage and organize the mise en place for your respective section, producing the highest food quality at all times. As a perfectionist in the kitchen you will assist the Chef de Cuisine to lead, manage and organise all kitchen requirements to the highest standards in accordance to the standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- Ideally, you will have 2-3 years experience in a Michelin star environment
- The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, hold health and safety certification, completed an apprenticeship program or have been a chef’s trainee for at least 2 years
