Position: Revenue Manager
Providing revenue and pricing analytics for market leads, senior management and recommending best course of action to optimize consumer subscription revenue
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hotels in revenue management program
- Maintaining the hotel’s Revenue Management knowledge base
- Assisting the hotel’s Revenue Management Team to maximize revenues by monitoring transient and group production, ensuring that an optimal guest mix is maintained
- Assisting in the evaluation of group booking requests to ensure that the hotel is not displacing higher yielding revenue
- Assisting in the critical analysis of the impact of the revenue management strategies implemented by the hotel.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Revenue Manager in a 4 – 5 stars property
- Expert RM Skills with a focus on ADR maximization, GOP optimization through total revenue focus.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills combined with creativity and innovation.
- Excel advanced user.
