Position: Restaurants Sales Coordinator
The Restaurants Sales Coordinator will interact frequently with Guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded reservations while ensure guest satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate restaurant reservations and ensure that guests are promptly seated upon their arrival.
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant including greeting customers, managing waitlists and ensuring that customer needs are met.
• Work closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure a smooth continuity of restaurant services.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to create and promote promotions.
• Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach

Requirements:

• Demonstrated previous experience working in the F&B Reservations function
• Knowledge of the hotel property management systems
• High level of IT skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Good organizational and administration skills
