Position: Repair Specialist
As a Repair Specialist, you will be in charge of repairing damaged products from our customers. Working in the local repair center, you will make sure to make all the repairs at the highest standards of care, as behind every product there is a customer.

Responsibilities:

• Repair leather good items, watches, accessories, fashion jewelries etc.
• Apply hot stamping
• Maintain repair tracking system
• Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts, physical and on the system
• Order spare parts when necessary and secure proper level of stock
• Create First-class customer experience ensuring all customer expectations are exceeded in terms of service, repair and timeliness
• Follow-up the store orders
