Position: Repair Coordinator
This position focuses on Al Tayer Retail Customers repair duties and responsibilities, in combination with administrative tasks related to the Repair Center. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.Support and assist customers during their, by answering questions and giving providing technical information & advice to the internal organization.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with ATR stores for product development and the potential quality improvement.
- Monitor timelines as per agreed SLA.
- Review monthly invoices from Local and Brand/Principle and submit for payment; maintain records on costs and consumption.
Requirements:
- Years of Experience2-3 years’ experience in relevant role.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills.
