Position: Regional Controller Group – Senior Manager | P&G Careers UAE
Responsible for ensuring regional compliance with both U.S. GAAP and local statutory accounting and reporting guidance. The region controller groups work closely with the regional businesses, market operations, service centers, global policy and process experts and corporate accounting leadership to maintain accounting mastery and provide effective oversight of governance boards and LE stewardship.

Responsibilities:

  • The region controller groups are responsible for the E2E regional transfer pricing policy execution.
  • The region controller groups are responsible for developing and deploying high quality accounting training to the regional F&A organizations.

  • CPA or equivalent degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Qualified accountant with ideally 5 years of experience (can be practice and or industry).
