Position: RCM Data Analyst
Design and delivery of accurate and optimal classification of the revenue and accounts receivable data including the analytics and reporting of data to enable optimal monitoring of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) performance indicators and dashboards
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to the team to ensure optimal performance in line with company objectives
- Support and drive the process of timely and accurate submission of regular periodic reports
- Provide support with the preparation of rejection provisions and analysis of related rejection trends and performance indicators
Requirements:
- Relevant Degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting
- At least 3 years’ experience in a Financial Environment with relevant RCM and account receivables experience
- Sound knowledge in any of the BI platforms or technologies
- Electronic Health Records systems and related best practice
