Position: Purchasing Supervisor
As a purchasing supervisor communicate with the Assistant Procurement Manager & prepare reports and meetings for all relevant matters.Prepare comparison on products and forward to Assistant Purchasing Manager for review.
Responsibilities:
- Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy, and an extremely high standard of social skills.
- Generally promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations.
- Keep the computer system updated on all purchases.
Requirements:
- You have a minimum of 2- 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry.
- Ability to demonstrate working with commercially focused and a keen eye for detail with strong analytical & numerical skills High-level competence in Microsoft Excel and other office packages.
