Position: PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER – UAE National
The purpose of the Public Relations Officer is to provide and oversee administrative & clerical support in addition to assisting with obtaining new visas, renewals and cancellations for all the employees working thereby ensuring that all government formalities are completed as per UAE regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the end of service process for employees and ensure the necessary paperwork is provided to cancel their visas and manage and maintain a robust spreadsheet of all employee visa renewals.
  • Oversee and manage the visa issuance/cancellation process for staff and dependents during volume hires or exits.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years work experience as a PRO in providing PR support with good administrative & communications skills.
  • Secondary or post-secondary education.
