Position: Procurement Officer
Reporting to the Group Procurement Lead, the Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing the day to day procurement requirements and ensuring the procurement process is being strictly adhered to.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the various departments to ensure procurement requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain and update supplier information regularly to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
• Maintain, update, and administer procurement files on electronic and hard copy and ensure documents are readily available during any audit.
• Issue Requests for Quotation to suppliers on behalf of the business users and follows up with suppliers to ensure responses are received without delay.
