Position: Presales Senior Manager
The PreSales Senior Manager leads the vision creation process and oversees the strategy execution of the HXM Presales team.
Responsibilities:
- Review and adjust of compensation plans, within budgetary constraints.
- Provides overall vision, leadership and management to the assigned PreSales organization.
- Monitor PreSales performance holistically, take corrective actions.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of relevant sales, sales support or partnering is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science required.
