Position: PMC Senior Mechanical Engineer
Wood is currently recruiting for a PMC Senior Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry to be based on ADNOC Offshore project.
Responsibilities:
- Review of Mechanical Equipment Specifications and updating the Specifications in line with latest international design codes
- Prepare and check equipment specifications and datasheets
- Preparation of mechanical design documentation for tendering and procurement
- Package management including review and approval of vendor documents
- Defining equipment test requirements and review of test procedures
- Preparation of mechanical design documentation for tendering and procurement
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institute (or equivalent)
- Min. 15 years of relevant experience in the design, specification, testing, installation and commissioning of the following equipment: Pressure Vessels, Air Cooler, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers
- Proficient in static equipment design software for mechanical design
- Experience in defining equipment test requirements and review of test procedures
