Responsibilities:

• Manage the maintenance and updates to databases, files and trackers in line with operational and audit requirements, standards and policies and ensure data integrity at all times.
• Answer all telephone calls professionally, promptly and effectively, redirect calls appropriately and where necessary take message and pass these to the correct person.
• Report any information security breaches or incidents to the management or dans Security team.

Requirements:

• Experience in data processing and in and administration position.
• Knowledge of online/manual government pass application processes.
