Position: Performance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting, monitoring, and driving key performance metrics across countries or objectives
  • Creating status reports and leading performance reviews on weekly and monthly basis for review with Head of Departments and GM
  • Generating actionable insights from data and effectively communicating recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Working with finance on monthly, quarterly and annual target setting and budget planning
  • Supporting local teams on defining strategies and making decisions based on data

Requirements:

  • Has in-depth knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
  • Has excellent analytical and communication skills, and always like to be hands-on with several tools.
  • Expert in PowerPoint and Excel
  • SQL experience is a plus
