Position: PARALEGAL
The Paralegal for the METAP (Middle East, Turkey, Africa & Pakistan) Region is charged with supporting all METAP lawyers (as well as handling some matters directly) with all Abbott businesses operating in the METAP region. will be based in Dubai and will report to the Legal Director – METAP.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing knowledge of Abbott’s business and client areas supported.

  • Assist in managing external counsel across METAP, including engagement responsibilities.

  • Resolves routine legal matters in area of responsibility with direct supervision from more experienced Legal Counsels.

Requirements:

  • Law degree or local equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a paralegal in private practice and in-house if possible.

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience.
