Position: Operation Manager Transportation
Black & Grey HR is currently hiring for an “Operations Manager” position at a luxury transportation company in Dubai, UAE. The main responsibility of this role is to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth efficiency and upholding the company’s excellent reputation

Responsibilities:

• Supervising the management, maintenance, and scheduling of the luxury vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining top condition
• Collaborating with the finance department to create and manage budgets for operations, aiming for cost-effectiveness while maintaining high service quality
• Organizing training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, safety protocols, and vehicle operations
• Analysing operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and optimize efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• 5 to 6 years of experience in luxury transportation management
• Strong leadership skills
