Position: Multimedia Journalist – Social Media
The Multimedia Journalist is required to research and produce stories in all formats and styles for Sky News Arabia’s Social Media Platforms. Your mission will be to produce original and market-leading multimedia content while ensuring Sky News Arabia’s editorial guidelines and values are adhered to.

Responsibilities:

• Innovating and creating stories – mainly writing, editing, image gallery.
• Identifying top trending stories from all over the world with a focus on Arab world stories.
• Ensuring Sky News Arabia’s editorial guidelines and values are adhered to.
• Creative script writing for digital-compatible shows and segments.

Requirements:

• Strong editorial judgment and excellent writing skills.
• BA in media or relevant subject
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant field.
• Experience working in a multimedia environment.
• Experience in Photoshop and editing video desirable.
