Position: Modules-Prefabrication Manager

Responsibilities:

• Developing MEP Moduler production plan, material receipt schedule, and module delivery schedule based on MEP contractor’s work completion program
• Managing day to day operations between client and factory pertaining to production of MEP modules and ducts and generating KPI’s
• Conduct coordination meetings with MEP contractor- design team. Supervising BIM team to produce 3-D coordinated models.
• Business development and managing complete production cycle of MEP modules, prefabricated assemblies and pre-insulated ducts.

Requirements:

• Experience: minimum 8+ years of Experience in MEP Industry
