Position: Mechanic
Mechanical Technician is responsible for the maintenance of all pumping system; water heating system, steam boiler, swimming pool/stream filter circulation system and laundry compressor system. Updating of the routing preventive maintenance of equipment to comply with the Dubai Municipality requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of all pumping system (booster pumps and sump pump).
- Maintenance of water heating system (calorifier).
- Maintenance of steam boiler and its accessories.
- Maintenance of laundry air compressor.
