Position: Manager Talent Acquisition
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition professional to join our business. We are looking for an innovative and hands-on leader to develop and implement a leading talent acquisition strategy across MENA
Responsibilities:
- Drive the creation, execution, and alignment of the MENA market talent acquisition strategy
- Define and record functional and business talent acquisition strategies. Support and provide expertise to senior management and market/business HRD when conducting executive search activity
- Develop the internal understanding of our employer brand, ensuring consistency of communication from hiring managers to candidates across the market
Requirements:
- Previous people leadership experience covering multiple markets is essential
- Experience working with technological providers (ATS providers, various Social Media platforms, and other digital sourcing channels)
- Management of suppliers from the Executive search industry
- Arabic is highly desirable
