Position: Manager – Performance Marketing
Performance Marketing Manager responsible for the development and execution of all paid acquisition strategies, this includes identifying opportunities to expand into emerging channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow the team responsible for paid acquisition across digital and offline channels.

  • Communicate strategy, plans, and performance to marketing leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with analytics and insights team to define KPIs and to advance Unifonic’s marketing attribution and measurement capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on 5+ years experience scaling performance, growth or user acquisition marketing programs focused on enterprise products.

  • Experience scaling annual paid budget to 7-figure annual with a strong foundation in Search Engine Marketing and Remarketing.
