Position: Manager – Motor Claims ( UAEN)
The job holder is responsible to Plan and implement claims management, Salvage and Settlement operations and supervise a team of Supervisors and Claims Assistants to ensure that motor claims are managed promptly in compliance with insurance policies and set company standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate the requirement of operational procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
- Reduce the Claims costs by ensuring at the earliest stage if coverage is available in accordance with the Policy terms & conditions.
- Ensuring proper scrutiny/ investigation of claims.
- Periodical Review of ageing Claims thus improving the settlement ratios.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Requires 7 to 9 years of relevant experience
- Full Professional Proficiency in English and Arabic language
- Must be UAE National and possess Family Book
