Position: Manager
We have an exciting opportunity in our Employee Marketing team for someone who lives and breathes colleague engagement and events. Working closely with the Director of Internal Communications and Engagement, you will be responsible for designing, developing and executing a programme of exciting internal events that creatively drive colleague engagement
Requirements:
- Preferred candidate will ideally have experience and knowledge of working in the hospitality industry
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in event, content and delivering large scale internal colleague events
- must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to make great judgements, Interpersonal skills and the ability to network with all areas of the business and experience with Budgets
