Position: Manager – Consumer Protection
Enable the implementation and effectiveness of Consumer Protection initiatives to ensure ongoing sustainability and reporting to the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE). Act as the key point of contact across Retail Banking and other business enablement functions
Responsibilities:
- Advise the Senior Management, other staff, on strategic priorities and direction of consumer complaint investigations.
- Responsible for monitoring and addressing potential market and business conduct risks.
- Review, investigate and evaluate customer complaints and potential compliance issues.
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Ability to work autonomously.
