Position: Management Specialist (UAEN)
Coordinate, analyze and recommend all corporate performance activities and instill a Performance Management culture across ENEC. Liaise with the Nawah Corporate Development teanm to ensure consistency of approach
Responsibilities:
- Work with staff to ensure consistency and accuracy of performance measurement
- Provide support to the collection process of ENEC’s strategic and performance indicators.
- Review the quality and adequacy of input data necessary for the performance management actions
