Position: IT Support Engineer
Maintain the IT assets in optimal operating conditions and ensure smooth and secured running of hardware and software for all users.

Responsibilities:

  •  Manage the company servers to ensure their smooth and secured running, enabling all users to perform their computer related work as required.
  • Manage the network (LAN and WAN) to ensure their smooth and secured running, enabling all users to use the network for their required IT communication.
  • Provide user support and troubleshooting user issues, finding reliable and dependable solutions as per the urgency and severity of the issue.

Requirements:

  • University Degree.
  • Relevant experience
    required 1-3 years.
