Responsibilities:

  • Assist Aramex customers for setting up E-tools (ClickToShip, Aramex.com, Integrations, EDI, Plugins, Web hooks etc.)
  • Maintain logs and details of all customized solutions provided to customers for achieving integrations, EDI etc.
  • Develop and manage the various Aramex in-house applications (developed internally and by external parties)
  • Managing, follow-ups and maintaining relationships with external parties taking care of development of any in-house application

Requirements:

  • Not less than 5 to 7 years of experience
  • Bachelor Degree in Information Systems/computer science/engineering.
  • MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
  • Previous experience in database development and design is a plus
  • Previous experience in IT/MIS field is a plus
