Position: IT Contracts Manager
Manage the IT contracts process through the entire contract life cycle & manage the vendor / IT technology acquisitions process
Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier and vendor strategic relationships, management activities and controls
- Manage the IT contracts process through the entire contract life cycle
- Responsible for review of contracts to ensure best fit for ENOC.
- Ensure contract language allows for flexibility as the company changes
- Manage the procurement of IT solutions and services.
- Build strong relationships and working collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders and customers to achieve objectives.
- Educate teams on contract language and terms
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business field or equivalent.
- 10+ years of relevant Information Technology experience or equivalent.
- Preferred professional certifications: IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL, etc.)
- Project Management , Delivery management experience preferred
- Proven experience in supplier and vendor management.
