Position: HR National Expert People & Organizational Development
The “Human Resources National People & Organizational Development Expert – U.A.E. & Oman” will actively contribute towards the implementation of the U.A.E. and Oman People Operations strategy and structure, aligned with the business objectives. 

Responsibilities:

• Create, organize, support, coordinate and provide training in line with the needs of our employees and teams. You will be mixing face-to-face training with virtual classes and e-learning.
• Identifying Learning gaps via Training Need Analysis after completion of the performance evaluation and organizing suitable training both operational and behavioral.
• Conceptualizing and facilitating internal trainings based on the analyses conducted. And also maintaining HR systems for development related data.
• Working on projects with an understanding of the big picture and the ability to disseminate tasks into smaller chunks to meet designated milestones and deadlines.
• Being flexible to take over other HR responsibilities from time to time as needed for the team.
